Hotel Guest Room Rates and Reservations
- The prevailing government per diem rate is in effect over the dates of the conference, and will be honored through June 30, 2008.
- The prevailing government rates at the time of approval of the contract were:
$117 single/double $20 for each additional person $10 daily resort fee has been waived for the group
The applicable state and local taxes were 12.00% at the time of approval of the contract. All individual reservations must be accompanied by one night’s deposit plus tax, or guaranteed by a major credit card. In order to receive a group-discounted rate, individuals must mention that they are with the Military Child Education Coalition™ Conference. All reservations must be made by Monday, June 30, 2008. Any reservation received after this cut-off date will be honored on a space available basis at the prevailing rack rate.
