Learner Support

Do you have a question or concern about training you have received or will receive? The MCEC staff is trained to support, advise, and respond to your questions and concerns and is available to assist learners from registration through support for CEUs and Graduate Credits.

There are several avenues available for you to receive a response to your concerns:

  • Telephone 254-953-1923 to speak to the MCEC Receptionist who will connect you to the appropriate person who will respond to your concerns.
  • Use the MCEC website (www.militarychild.org) and click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to leave a message. The receptionist checks daily and forwards messages to the appropriate individual who will respond to concerns.
  • Browse to the MCEC website (www.militarychild.org) and click the Training button on the ribbon. There you can click the Learner Support button that will take you to a listing of contacts and resources.
  • Engage in conversation with your presenter(s). MCEC presenters are experts in their field and are continuously updating their presentation and communication skills.
