Combined Federal Campaign #10261
The Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) joined forces with the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) to enable federal government workers located anywhere in the world to more easily support MCEC and enable us to continue to provide programs in support of our two million military-connected children worldwide. CFC is the world’s largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, with more than 200 CFC campaigns throughout the country and internaltionally to help to raise millions of dollars each year. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season (September 1st to December 15th) support eligible nonprofit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world.
The CFC allows federal employees to contribute to their favorite charities, which includes MCEC, through automatic payroll deductions or one-time online giving. It is easy, it is convenient, and it makes a difference...especially since 92 cents of every dollar are used for programs and initiatives directly impacting military families and children. The Military Child Education Coalition can be found in the CFC catalog under ”Military Child Education Coalition” CFC10261.
It is estimated that approximately 90% of federal workers who participate in this program do not have a charity of choice - please pass this information along to friends and family and help them choose MCEC!
