Robert Muller, PhD

Robert Muller is currently the Deputy Superintendent of Belton Independent School District in Belton, Texas.

Dr. Muller recently served as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Administration & Human Resource Development, College of Education & Human Development, at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.

Dr. Muller began his career in education as a teacher in Broken Arrow, OK, teaching biology. Since then he has held positions in both Oklahoma and Texas that have included teacher, coach, high school principal, and central office administrator. From 2003 to 2014, Dr. Muller held various positions of increasing responsibility in Killeen ISD culminating as in his tenure as the district’s superintendent. He has also served as Associate Commissioner and Chief of Staff for the Texas Education Agency.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University majoring in Economics. His master’s degree in educational administration was also received from Oklahoma State University.  Dr. Muller holds a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Muller is married to Donna, an educator as well. Donna and Robert are the proud parents of three daughters.
