Vice President of Programs and Curriculum
Annette Farmer serves as Vice President of Programs and Curriculum for the Military Child Education Coalition. Annette joined MCEC in 2010, as the Staff Counsel and later assumed the additional role as Director of Contracting. Her professional career includes experience in numerous areas including contract management, drafting and negotiation; legal research and writing; adjunct professor; and biomedical and human physiology research.
Annette graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. From The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas: Southwestern Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, she earned a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry. She earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Baylor University School of Law.
Annette currently lives and works near Fort Hood, Texas, with her husband, an Army Veteran, and their son.
