Cancellation Policies

As a courtesy, written notice of your intent not to attend is appreciated. Notice can be made by email to:


  1. You may donate your paid registration as a scholarship to another attendee.
  2. You may transfer your paid registration to a specific new attendee.
  3. You may apply your paid 2023 registration fee to the 2024 MCEC Global Training Summit.

If you cancel your registration and would like a refund, the following policies are in effect:

  1. Cancellations prior to June 30 - $75 Administration Fee
  2. Cancellations made between July 1 – July 16 - $150 Administration Fee
  3. After July 17 all fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive summit material.

You are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations separately.
