Full (in-person) Summit attendee registration includes access to all general sessions, seminar sessions, distinguished lectures, collaborative sessions, expo session, vendor displays, the MCEC store, the 25th Anniversary event, all virtual sessions, two meals, and refreshment breaks.

Patron School District Member Benefit

Is your school district a member of MCEC? Your district may be eligible for one scholarship to our 2023 MCEC Training Global Summit. Current Scholarship savings include GTS registration and a two-night hotel stay covered by MCEC and is valued at over $800.00.

As a courtesy, written notice of your intent not to attend is appreciated. Notice can be made by emailing GTSRegistration@MilitaryChild.org

Cancellation without refund:

1. You may donate your paid registration as a scholarship to another attendee.
2. You may transfer your paid registration to a specific new attendee.
3. You may apply your paid 2023 registration fee to the 2024 MCEC Global Training Summit.

Cancellation with request for refund:

1. Cancellations Prior to June 30 incur a $75 Administration Fee
2. Cancellations made between July 1 – July 16 incur a $150 Administration Fee
3. After July 17, all fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive summit material.

You are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations separately.
