Sandy Schwartz
Past Chairman
Sandy Schwartz, a nurse and Army wife, was active in military family support programs for many years.
She was one of the founders of MCEC and served as one of the first co-chairs of the MCEC board.
She and her husband, Tom, retired to Spring Branch, Texas, in 2002 after 31 years in the Army. They have four children and eleven grandchildren.
