Culture

Just as our brave men and women of the U.S. Military serve our nation, the MCEC strives every day to serve them by taking care of their most prized possessions: their children. We are proud of our mission-focused and supportive culture, which fosters personal growth and collaboration. The fast-paced work environment offers our staff the opportunity to roll-up their sleeves to work on a variety of programs that affects children locally, nationally, and internationally. This experience is enriching on a daily basis.

We also believe in a work/life balance and respect for each individual. If you are looking for a positive work environment, we invite you to explore what MCEC has to offer in your field.
